This App accepts user inputs from a combination of known parameters based upon a low voltage 415V network. Select your target power factor required and hit calculate to reveal all power parameters before & after correction. Email the page to colleagues or clients via the email button on the bottom of the page.
Pressing the more info button on the bottom of the screen will reveal additional input data fields required to be entered by the user. The results will alert the client to how much C02 emissions will be saved per year with the proposed PFC system installed and an estimated payback figure based upon a total system cost & known energy charges ($/kVA). Thermal loss reduction is included in the calculation. This page can also be sent via email. A PFC fact sheet is linked within the App for easy reference.
